Make a Payment

Thank you for choosing Salem Family Medicine. To make a payment on your bill:

1. Click the Pay Now button below
2. Enter the amount you would like to pay at the top of the next page and click Update Total
3. Enter your login to sign in to Paypal
4. Enter your Account Number (from our statement) where prompted on the confirmation page
5. Click the Donate Now button

Please note that PayPal calls this a "Donation" because that is the only way for you to enter the amount of the payment yourself.
